How It Works.

You determine that a case is eligible for alcohol and/or GPS monitoring and decide what conditions are appropriate. You upload the referral electronically or send it directly to us.
Our background-checked technicians install and configure the appropriate monitoring equipment. All device data flows directly into ActionView for centralized case management.
Our team monitors device alerts around the clock. Violations trigger immediate notification protocols. Every alert, contact, and action is documented in real time.
Automated and on-demand reports are delivered to your office on your schedule. Access full case histories through ActionView or SnapView at any time.
We partner with your department to design a drug testing protocol — selecting the appropriate panel, collection method (oral swab or observed urinalysis), and reporting cadence.
Participants are assigned to a randomized testing schedule. Automated notifications are sent via text, email, or phone. Our software manages scheduling, reminders, and no-show tracking.
Background-checked staff conduct observed collections at our dedicated locations. Specimens are sent to our partner laboratory for confirmation testing with state-of-the-art analysis.
Results are documented in ActionView and reported to your office immediately. Detailed statistical and trend reports are available to support program evaluation and policy decisions.
You determine that a group of cases are eligible for diversion and decide which defendants are appropriate. You upload the case referral to us electronically or send the referral form directly.
